SECTION 5 – PAYMENT
Payment terms are outlined in individual service agreements or invoices. By engaging our services and agreeing to a quote or proposal, you agree to the payment terms specified at that time. Designs On The Go reserves the right to pause or terminate work on a project if payment terms are not met.
SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Upon receipt of full payment, clients receive ownership of final deliverables as outlined in the project agreement. Designs On The Go retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We retain ownership of any preliminary concepts, drafts, or unused design work not included in the final deliverable.
Original Design Files
Designs On The Go retains full ownership of all original, native, and source design files at all times: including but not limited to Adobe Illustrator (.ai), Photoshop (.psd), InDesign (.indd), and any other working files used in the creation of your project. These files are proprietary to Designs On The Go and are
not available for purchase, transfer, or release under any circumstances.
Clients receive final export files only (such as .png, .jpg, .pdf, .svg, or other agreed-upon formats) as outlined in the project. If you are unsure what file formats you will receive, please ask before the project begins.
SECTION 7 – CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and any content or materials required to complete a project. Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines. Designs On The Go is not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.
SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND TOOLS
Our website may contain links to third-party websites or reference third-party tools. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites and encourage you to review their terms and privacy policies before engaging with them.
