Do I need a Mailchimp account already?
Not necessarily, you can set one up for free directly through Mailchimp. When you sign up for any of our services, we’ll send you a free step-by-step guide to get your account configured correctly from day one.
What if I already have a Mailchimp account but it’s a mess?
That’s exactly what our List Cleanup & Audience Organization service is for. We’ll get everything sorted before we start sending.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
Our monthly plans have a 3-month minimum to give your strategy time to work, then roll month-to-month after that. No long-term commitments.
Do you write the emails or do I?
We write everything for you, that’s part of the service. We will ask you to provide some topics or key talking points and we can handle the rest.
If you rather do the writing you can do that as well and we will just polish it for you.
What does “one campaign” mean?
One campaign means one email to your list: written, designed in your branded template, scheduled, and sent.
Will my emails look like my brand?
Yes. We design every template using your brand colors, fonts, and logo so your emails feel like a natural extension of your website and social presence.
Can you work with the list I already have?
Absolutely. We can work with your existing list as-is, or if it needs some TLC first, our List Cleanup service will get it ready to go.
