Do I need to already have a Shopify account to work with you?
No, we can help you get started from scratch. In fact signing up through us gets your Shopify store free until its ready to launch!
What do I need to have ready before my store setup begins?
It helps to have your logo, brand colors, product photos, and an idea of what pages you want on your store. We will send you a questionnaire after you sign up to gather everything we need before we get started.
How long does a store setup take?
Most setups are completed within one to two weeks depending on complexity and how quickly we receive your content and photos.
What counts as a store update in the monthly plans?
An update is any change to your existing store: swapping out a photo, updating product descriptions, changing prices, fixing a link, updating your homepage banner, and similar tasks. Adding a brand new page counts as your one new page for the month.
Can I upgrade my monthly plan later?
Absolutely. You can move up to a higher plan at any time. We just ask for 15 days notice if you want to step down or cancel after your initial 3-month commitment.
Do the monthly plans include adding new products?
Monthly plans cover store updates and SEO but do not include adding new product listings. Product listing is available separately through our Product Listing Services pricing.
What if I need more than 10 updates in a month?
If you have a particularly busy month we can talk through what you need and figure out a solution. Additional updates outside your plan might be an extra fee depending on the update and situation.
Do you need access to my Shopify store to do this work?
Yes, we will need to be added as a collaborator on your Shopify account. We will send you step-by-step instructions for how to do that after you sign up.
Is the One-Time SEO Blast required before starting a monthly plan?
No, the SEO Blast is a standalone service and is not required to start a monthly plan. That said, it is a great way to give your store a clean optimized foundation before we begin ongoing monthly work.
What is the difference between the SEO Blast and the ongoing SEO in the monthly plans?
The SEO Blast is a one-time store wide optimization, we go through everything at once and get it all in shape. The ongoing SEO in the monthly plans keeps things current as your store grows, new products are added, and search trends shift. They work great together but neither requires the other.
