Every retainer includes one monthly custom deliverable, a tangible working document tailored to what your business needs most that month. Think of it as the thing you walk away from the month with in your hands, something organized, actionable, and specific to your situation. Some months that might be a social media content calendar. Other months it might be a blog topic plan, a launch strategy, or a full business organization framework. We decide together at the start of each month based on what makes the most sense. If you need more than one deliverable in a given month, or want an extra session beyond your two included, just add it on.

What Happens During a Consulting Session?
Every session is a focused conversation built around whatever you bring to the table that day. There is no set agenda unless you want one. You might come in with a specific problem to solve, a decision you need help thinking through, or just a general feeling that something isn't working and you're not sure what. We talk it through, work toward clarity, and leave you with a clear sense of what to do next. Every session ends with a follow-up summary email covering key takeaways and action items so nothing gets lost.
How are Sessions Conducted?
Entirely your preference. Phone call, video call, or text based conversation, whatever feels most comfortable and convenient for you. We want the format to work for your life, not the other way around.
What is Included in the Monthly Check-in Email?
Every retainer client receives a monthly priority check-in email from Jennifer covering a recap of what we worked on together that month, key decisions made, action items for the coming month, and what your custom deliverable will be next month based on our conversations. It is a working document, not just a summary, and it keeps the relationship moving forward between sessions.
Can sessions be recorded?
Recording sessions is not standard practice to maintain privacy and focus, but notes and summaries are provided to capture all important points.What Does Unlimited Text Support Actually Mean?
It means you can reach out Monday through Friday with questions, gut checks, quick updates, or whatever is on your mind and you will hear back within 24 hours. For topics that need a deeper conversation we will schedule that into one of your monthly sessions. For things that just need a thorough written response we will tackle it in your monthly check-in email so nothing falls through the cracks.
What is a Monthly Deliverable?
It is a tangible working document tailored to what your business needs most that month. We decide together at the start of each month based on what makes the most sense for where you are. Examples include a social media content calendar, blog topic plan, email newsletter outline, event or launch strategy, customer growth plan, competitor review, or business organization framework. If you need something not on that list just ask and we will figure it out.
How Does the Three Month Minimum Commitment Work?
The three month minimum exists because real results from consulting take time. One session can give you clarity on a specific problem but building momentum, staying accountable, and making meaningful progress across your business takes more than a month. After your initial three months your retainer automatically goes month-to-month and you can cancel anytime with 10 days notice.
Can I Switch Between a Single Session and a Monthly Retainer?
Absolutely. A lot of clients start with a single session to see how it feels and then move into a retainer once they realize how much value there is in consistent ongoing support. You can also step back from a retainer to occasional single sessions if your needs change (once you have gone through the three month commitment). We want the relationship to fit where you actually are.
What Industries or Business Types do you have Experience with?
We have worked with businesses across a wide range of industries including farms and agriculture, boutiques and retail, food and beverage, service providers, nonprofits, event vendors, Etsy sellers, coaches and consultants, and more. If you have a business we have probably worked with something similar and if we haven't we will tell you honestly whether we are the right fit.
What if I Need Help with Something Outside the Listed Topics?
Reach out anyway. If we can help we will tell you. If we cannot we will point you in the right direction. The listed topics are the most common areas clients bring to us but they are not the only ones. Every consulting relationship starts with a conversation and that conversation will tell us both whether this is the right fit.
