Every order is custom quoted based on quantity, size, and finish so we can give you an accurate number before anything gets ordered. To give you a general idea, everyday items like business cards start around $45 for 100, postcards and 4x6 cards start around $60 for 100, and event items like banners start around $85 and table runners around $100. Final pricing depends on your specific order and will always be confirmed before anything goes to print.

Once approved your items go to print at our outside print house and they will ship direct to you.
Most orders arrive within three to five business days once approved.

Do I need to provide my own design files or can you create them?
Not necessarily. If you already have a logo and brand files we will work with what you have. If you need something designed from scratch we handle that too. Just let us know in the quote form and we will take it from there.
What file formats do you accept for print materials?
If you are providing your own files, high-resolution PNG or PDF files work best for most print items. Not sure if your files are print-ready? Send them over and we will check before anything goes to print. If adjustments are needed we will let you know upfront.
What is the typical turnaround time for print orders?
Most orders ship within three to five business days once the design is approved. Timeline can vary depending on the product and quantity. It can take longer!
If you have a specific deadline let us know in the quote form and we will do our best to accommodate it.
Are rush orders available if I need materials quickly?
Reach out and we will do our best to make it work. Rush timelines depend on the product type and current workload but we will always give you an honest answer about what is possible. Rush orders do incur an additional fee.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Minimums vary by product. Business cards and postcards have lower minimums while some specialty items may require larger quantities. We will cover all of that in your quote so there are no surprises.
What’s the difference between standard and premium paper options?
Standard paper is your everyday professional quality stock that works beautifully for most print needs. Premium paper options include heavier weight stocks, soft touch finishes, and specialty coatings that give your materials a more elevated, high-end feel. Premium options are available as an upgrade on most products.
Can I reorder the same design later?
Absolutely. We keep your design files on hand so reordering is simple. Just reach out with your quantity and we will get your reorder going. Returning clients with minor updates like a phone number change or new address still receive the same fast turnaround.
What if I am not happy with the printed result?
We do everything possible to prevent issues before they happen, starting with a digital proof you approve before anything goes to print. If something arrives and it does not match the approved proof reach out immediately and we will make it right.
Do you ship everywhere?
We ship throughout the United States. If you have a specific shipping question or need delivery to a particular location just let us know in the quote form.
There are additional fees for shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.
Can I order print materials without a full branding package?
Absolutely. If you already have your logo and brand files you can order print materials on their own without purchasing a branding package. Just bring your files and tell us what you need.
