Custom Social Media Graphics
Need graphics but want to handle the posting yourself? We will design scroll-stopping visuals that match your brand and are sized perfectly for whatever platform you are posting to. Order as few as one or as many as twenty — we have pricing that works for both.
Monthly Content Calendar
Not sure what to post or when? We will build you a complete month of content ideas, planned around your business, your promotions, and your audience. All you have to do is post it. Or hand it to us and we will do that too.
Full Social Media Management
This is the hand-it-all-over option. We plan your content, design your graphics, write your captions, and schedule everything so it goes out on time every single month. Is there a minimum commitment for social media management?
Yes, we require a 3-month minimum commitment for all monthly management plans. Social media is a long game and real results take time to build. Three months gives us enough runway to establish your presence, find your rhythm, and start seeing your content gain traction.
Will your management completely cover everything I need to do on social media?
Our management covers your planned content — graphics, captions, and scheduling — but social media works best when it is a mix of scheduled content and genuine real-time activity. Especially on Facebook, the algorithm rewards accounts that feel active and human. We encourage you to still share personal posts, respond to comments, engage with your community, and post in the moment when something exciting happens in your business. Think of us as handling the consistent foundation while you add the personal touch on top.
How do I get you my photos and information each month?
At the end of each month we will send you an email with a content request for the following month. Just reply to that email with your photos, any upcoming promotions or events, and anything else you want featured. The more you share the more personalized your content will be, but we can work with what we have if things get busy.
Can I approve posts before they go live?
Yes! At the start of each month you will receive your content calendar so you can see exactly what is planned and when. We schedule everything in advance which gives you time to review. If something needs a correction we are happy to fix it. What we ask is that feedback comes at the calendar review stage rather than post by post as things go live — it keeps the process smooth for everyone.
What if I want to pause or cancel my plan?
After your initial 3-month commitment you are free to pause or cancel with 15 days written notice. We do not lock you into long contracts because we would rather earn your business every month. If life gets busy and you need to pause we will work with you to figure out the best plan.
Do you write the captions or do I need to provide them?
We write everything. Your captions will sound like your business, not like a robot. We take the time to understand your voice and your audience so your content feels authentic even when you did not write a single word of it.
What platforms do you work with?
We manage Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest. Instagram is only available as an add-on to Facebook since the two platforms work together through Meta. Pinterest is available on its own or bundled with Facebook and Instagram.
How is Full Management different from just getting a Content Calendar?
A content calendar gives you the roadmap — what to post and when. Full management means we handle a set number of posts for you each month — graphics, captions, and scheduling — so those posts go live without you lifting a finger. Keep in mind that mixing our scheduled posts with your own personal and real-time posts will always get you the best results.
Can I add more posts mid-month if I need them?
Absolutely! If something comes up — a promotion, an event, a last-minute announcement — we can create additional posts outside your monthly plan at $40 per post. That includes the graphic, caption, and scheduling.
What do I need to have ready before we get started?
Not much! It helps to have your logo, any branding guidelines, and photos of your business or products ready to share. We will also send you a short questionnaire to help us get a better feel for your business and your brand voice before we dive in.
Do you offer a discount if I bundle social media with my website hosting plan?

How long does it take to see results from social media?
Most businesses start to see meaningful engagement and follower growth between 60 and 90 days of consistent posting. Social media rewards consistency above everything else, which is exactly why having someone managing it for you every single month makes such a big difference.
Do you create the graphics or use stock images?
We design all of your graphics from scratch using your brand colors, fonts, and style. If a post calls for a photo and you do not have one we may use a stock image, but it will always be chosen to match your brand and will never feel out of place.
